How does this actually work?
It's so easy it almost feels magical! After you schedule your pickup:
-Take your dirty clothes and either bag them or just set the hamper out
-We will pick up free of charge
-We will send you an invoice for the total amount laundered
-We will contact you for drop-off once payment is received
How is a service like this priced?
Pricing is by the pound, with no setup fees or hidden surcharges. Next Day service is $2/lb (20 lb minimum) and Same Day service is $3/lb (up to 100 lbs, picked up by 11am). Oversized items like bedding, children's car seats and dog beds are $10 to $30 each. Pickup and delivery are free within 20 miles.
What detergents do you use?
We use a high quality, non-toxic powdered detergent that is manufactured in house and sold both as wholesale and retail products.
Am I able to check on my order after it is picked up?
Yes! Call or text us anytime at 980-447-2275, or email [email protected], and we'll let you know exactly where your order stands. We'll also reach out as soon as your laundry is ready to schedule your drop-off.
What do I do if something happens to my laundry?
Every load is quality checked for stains, tears and consistency before it comes back to you. If anything isn't right, call or text us at 980-447-2275 or email [email protected] as soon as you notice, and we'll work with you to make it right.
